First of all, the polypropylene storage tank should be visually inspected before use, and its surface should be free of defects such as cracks, shrinkage holes, slag inclusions, folding, and heavy skin. The depth of rust, dents and other mechanical damage shall not exceed the negative deviation of wall thickness allowed by the corresponding standard of the product.

Secondly, the shell test pressure of the valve of the polypropylene storage tank shall not be less than 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the test time shall not be less than 5min. It is qualified if the shell packing has no leakage, and the sealing test is carried out at the nominal pressure. Leaks are qualified.

Finally, please carefully observe that the thread sealing surface of the polypropylene storage tank, the accuracy and roughness of the groove should meet the design requirements or manufacturing standards, and there should be product identification.
