Four. Installation and commissioning of the fan
A. Installation:
1. Floor type, hanging type (pay attention to the bearing capacity and the installation is firm)
2. Shock absorption: rubber, spring
3. Location: at least 450-500mm away from the wall, easy to manage and maintain (pay attention to wind, rain, sun, etc.).
4. The fan must be installed horizontally (based on the axle)
B. Test machine:
1. Power wiring;
2. Fan running direction (forward, reverse);
3. Check (foreign objects, screws)
C. Maintenance:
1. Refuel the bearing;
2. The impeller and casing should be cleaned regularly (especially in the environment with viscous substances in the exhaust gas, and the impeller will be out of balance due to the sticking of dirt).
The following focuses on the maintenance and maintenance of belts, pulleys, bearings, etc.:
1. As a consumable item, belts often need to be replaced and adjusted during use. Under normal circumstances, after the first month of use of the newly installed fan, the tightness of the belt should be adjusted (usually, the belt will stretch for a long time, and the motor can be moved backward). When adjusting, the belt should not be too tight, otherwise it may be Damage the bearings. The appropriate tension is that the belt will not slip under the maximum load (general experience is to press the belt slightly with two fingers to a thickness of the belt).
2. After long-term use of the pulley, there will be wear and tear, and the pulley must be replaced. When replacing, pay attention to the installation of the two pulleys on the same straight line (it can be adjusted by the motor or the pulley, generally press the two ends of the two pulleys with a line until there is basically no gap in the middle), otherwise the service life of the fan belt will be affected. , prone to slippage, wear and so on.
3. Bearings, as consumables, should be refueled regularly during use (the bearings of L and R type fans with light load are oil-containing, so they do not need to be oiled) to ensure the normal use of the fan. When replacing the bearing, ensure the concentricity between the two bearings.
