Third. The composition of the fan:

The axial flow fan is mainly composed of a wind casing, an impeller, and a motor; a centrifugal fan is mainly composed of a volute, an impeller, an air inlet (director), a motor, a transmission unit, and a corner frame. Accessories include shock absorbers, pulleys, belts, outlet flanges, belt guards, etc.
Among them: the material of the shaft is 45# steel.
Manufacture of the angle iron or galvanized sheet of the corner frame;
Bearings: oil-impregnated ball bearings (UKP series) are used for small load fans, and seated bearings (frame) or double-row roller bearings are used for larger power fans.
Impeller and volute: generally made of galvanized sheet or hot-rolled sheet, special cases (conveying corrosive gas) are made of stainless steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic or PVC.
Fan base: made of channel steel or angle iron.
Pulleys, belts, and motors are purchased products.
The zinc content of the galvanized sheet used is above Z22. After the hot-rolled board is made, it needs to be derusted and sprayed.
The characteristics of the production of galvanized sheet: beautiful appearance, not easy to rust, no need for other post-processing after production, no electric welding and other operations, high work efficiency and high cost. In wet rooms, the surface can be sprayed with epoxy paint for protection.
Features of hot-rolled plates: low cost and beautiful appearance after spraying, but after electric welding and other operations, if it is not handled properly, it is easy to rust and break in the weld and other places, and the service life is shorter than that of galvanized plates.
