Celtec expanded pvc sheets are free of lead, cadmium and zinc, making it suitable for signage, exhibits, store displays and kiosks. They have a smooth matte surface and are chemically resistant. They also machine beautifully on CNC mills such as the X-Carve.

Expanded PVC Foam Board
Originally produced by containing vinyl chloride in a tube and exposing it to sunlight, expanded PVC is a non-toxic thermoplastic material. It is flame- and water-resistant and can be heat-bent to suit your needs.
The material can be painted, laminated and screen printed. It can also be die-cut, drill, mount, routing, fabricated or cut with a knife (under 3mm). Because it is flame and water resistant, it is an excellent choice for many applications.
